I am a graduate of Widener University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I have over ten years’ experience working with community resource programs, specifically with the geriatric population through the local Area Agency on Aging. I have clinical experience working with couples, children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with a variety of personal, emotional and behavioral issues such as depression, anxiety, marital struggles, stress management, trauma, loss and grief.

I use a strengths-based approach to empower clients as I understand change can be difficult. During sessions, I use many different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, Person Centered Therapy and play therapy. Interventions are tailored to meet each individual client’s need.

I understand that sharing personal information and struggles can be scary, but I am here to listen and help clients find their inner strength and resilience. Therapy is a relationship built on trust and I am here to support my clients through life’s challenging and unexpected hurdles.
